What we store
When you sign in, we store your email, account session records, business profile (company name, trade, logo), and the estimates, proposals, invoices, expenses, and client records you create. Magic-link sign-in does not require a password. If you use password sign-in, we store a bcrypt-hashed password, never the plaintext password.
What we do not sell
We do not sell contractor data, proposal content, or client lists. Your proposals are yours. We do not use your saved data to train third-party AI models.
AI features
When you use AI drafting, voice estimating, follow-ups, or objection handling, we pass the content needed for that feature to an AI or speech provider such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or the Vercel AI Gateway. We do not send your full account history by default, and paid API traffic is not used for provider model training on our account tier.
Payments
Stripe handles all payment processing for the Pro subscription. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs card data.
Analytics
We use lightweight usage analytics to understand which calculators and workflows actually get used. Google Analytics is limited to public marketing pages; signed-in dashboard and client proposal portals do not use third-party ad trackers.
Integrations and API metadata
Public files such as /integration-manifest.json and /openapi.json describe routes, webhook event names, sample payloads, and signing conventions. They do not expose account data. CRM, accounting, spreadsheet, or webhook workflows only receive data when you explicitly connect or build that workflow.
Your rights
You can export your dashboard data from the Export page. You can delete your account by emailing support@projobcalc.com — we will remove your account-owned records within 7 days. Stripe records of past transactions are retained for tax and audit obligations.
Changes
If this policy materially changes, we will update this page and email active subscribers before the change takes effect.
